Anthony Wastler

Clarinet

Mr. Wastler is currently an instrumental music teacher in the School District of Philadelphia. He received his Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Miami, Florida and attended the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, Gettysburg College and Temple University. His primary clarinet teachers were Anthony Gigliotti of the Philadelphia Orchestra and Ignatius Gennusa of the NBC, National, Chicago and Baltimore Symphony Orchestras. Mr. Wastler is a former member of the United States Air Force Band, Washington, DC under the baton of Colonel Arnold D. Gabriel and the Florida Symphony Orchestra, Miami. He plays professionally as a freelance woodwind artist in the Philadelphia and Virginia-Washington area and also teaches privately.
