Jacqueline Pollauf, harp
Youth Concerto Competition Winner, College Division

Ms. Pollauf is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in harp performance at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, where she studies with internationally renowned harpist Ruth K. Inglefield. Past teachers include Kathleen Bride at the Eastman School of Music and Julie Kemp Buzzelli at Bowling Green State University (Ohio). She has won many young artist competitions including Firelands (Ohio) Symphony Orchestra (2004), Toledo Symphony Orchestra (2001), Toledo Youth Orchestra (2001 & 2002). In 2001 and 2004 she appeared as soloist with the Perrysburg (Ohio) Symphony Orchestra, and in 2004 she was a finalist in the American Harp Society Foundation Awards.

While a student at Peabody, Ms. Pollauf has performed with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the Philadelphia Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, the Lancaster (PA) Symphony, the Lima (Ohio) Symphony Orchestra, and the Adrian (Michigan) Symphony Orchestra. She has been a free-lance harpist for six years while maintaining a thriving private studio teaching harp and piano. Recently she recorded with the Philadelphia Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra on the Naxos label.
