This concert of graceful masterpieces features the beautiful voice of Nicole Clouser in Mozart's most
famous concert cantata, and the young violin students of Kathleen Hastings as soloists in the Vivaldi
concerto plus a special encore.

challenges for the musicians. We expect to present a fully staged
version next season in collaboration with Dance Matrix. Our own
Ecumenical Chorus is featured on this program's lyrical second half.

The string quartet has become the king of chamber ensembles. It has
been said that a composer has not become a master until he has written
his first string quartet, and, indeed, for many composers it became
their favorite medium.
