With pleasure and enthusiasm, we open the season by presenting three
well-loved works in exquisite and sensitive performances. A pre-concert
lecture and slide show on the Faberg$#233 Exhibit at the Riverfront Arts
Center will be presented by Harriet Block-Macht at 7:15 pm in the
Fellowship Hall.

- plus Baroque Concerti with the Hastings Soloists
This program for chamber orchestra offers contrasting personal and ethnic
styles by four famous composers from the turn of the twentieth century. In
addition, a group of advanced violin students of Kathleen Hastings will be
featured.

For over twenty-five years the Johannes Brass has been an established
institution in Delaware. Their brilliant program will include an awesome
collaboration with our own Newark Ecumenical Chorus, conducted by Betsy
Kent.

Very talented musicians from both the Newark Symphony Orchestra and the
Delaware County Symphony will perform these warm and passionate creations.
